you should use a 8 for the little black screw pretty sure theres 11 and then you need a t10 for a bunch of screws on the grayish metal just take all the screws out on the bottom you will see them

hey but when i turn it on the green light in the middle doesn’t flash it stays just on and the RROD is on too, and when i push the power button on the 360 the power brick turns on green for a second then turns orange but it still shows the RROD and the green light in the middle. i did all that crap with the screws an washers, you think its only the power brick?
