Thanks alot man. There was ALOT of dust inside my Xbox, it could just barely read my CDs, so I took a vacuum cleaner and sucked it all out! It seems to be working better now, thanks for your help :>

If you have E74, I had RRoD (which was already under warranty), problem is I got the box from a friend (warranty non-transferrable) and he had already opened it anyways so the warranty was void.

I always do the side with the power first since it's only 2. Hold that side open with your right hand and get the sections apart over the fans by pulling. Then stick your hand between the two halves to keep them apart while you pop the other 5 latches starting at the fan side and going to the end. Move your hand down as you pop each latch to keep them from closing.

5mm machine screws. These are often called M5 (at least in USA, meaning Metric-5mm). I got them at Lowes. The washers are also 5mm (hole diameter) and may also be called M5. You need nylon ones (8 of them) and steel ones (at least 16, I think I used 20 because I had an extra 4 on the CPU).
