    Great tutorial, dropped my brand new controller as soft as possible onto carpet from about two feet and it broke. Piece of shit.

    @andischott

    if the little white button is broken and you know that for sure (tested it with the console and the controller on) than you can try fixing it, but that (electrical wiring) is beyond my expertise so I can’t help you. Otherwise, yes, get a new controller.

    @nonme85851 Don’t worry about getting it for free. I got the little part that goes to the screw driver from the hardware store. It’s like 3 bucks and it works perfectly. Some of the screws were kinda tight so I used a sock to help my fingers unscrew. The size is T9 tamper proof(has a hole in the middle)

    thanks so much. I decided to use a glue gun on the bumper piece instead but this video helped with everything like opening it and understanding why my bumper buttons stopped working. Thanks!!!!

    @machodudelaser

    if your using a rechargeable batt. try regular batteries. If you’re using reg batteries make sure they’re are fresh? If they are try a different battery casing. other than I don’t really know what is wrong with it, i’ve never had that problem, sorry
