Here’s a little tip:Put your damm game in the case or put it down with shiny side up! That’s what I do and my games work just fine. If your wondering why im watching this when my games always work perfect is because my cousin decided that instead of buying me a new game for my B-Day he gave me his old one that barely works.

I’m getting a different error, it says open tray when I put black ops in, but no other disk, could this method still help me?

Guys, What this guy has done does work. I did it before he had this video up. But if you have that ring around your disc because your xbox screwed it up. Shampoo works perfectly. I used head and shoulders original shampoo on my disc and it works perefect. The ring is still there but It works perfectly fine. Make sure to blow dry it. But don’t blow dry the same spot for more then 4 seconds cause the disc will melt. Make sure it is completly dry before inserting back into xbox.

@justanothernobody2 Can be a hassle, sometimes if your friends are dicks and wont let you use there disc. And I saw you said if your family loves and cares about you they would get you the game. Not every family can just SNAP and get you a game you want.

@Th3DaRkX yes you do, the working disc can be read so you install the readable material and then when you put the broken disc in it recognizes its call of duty and that you have it in and then reads the information from the hard drive

yo ….thnx man..it worked for me…good god it fuckin worked i was having the problem with the same me in asia espically in india we never buy original games..cuz we get fake games worth 1.5 dollars and some of it dont work haaha…but hell ya i can play now…thnx keep rockin
