Do you apply the oil to the center metal peice, that sort of bulges out? I tried, and I left it there over night, but when I spin it, there is still much resistance.
@xtremegamer888 Yes apply it to that piece. You should also spin it after you apply it. If need be add a bit more and keep spinning it with your finger until it loosens up. You need to get the oil in there and help move the dust out. Spin it both ways.
