Important Extra Step 4: Same as the steps below, but instead of waiting 2 to 3 minuets, you wait “8 to 10″ minuets or until the 4 red lights go back to the 3 red lights of death. Optional Step: Take off the HDD if you want I did it so you probably should too. Step 1: Press the sync and the eject button at the same time, 4 red lights will flash now. Step 2: Wait for 2 to 3 minuets. Step 3: Turn off the console and wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
