I sent my 360 in to be repaired two weeks ago and just this morning got it back. The difference: a whole new console!!! XD It seems microsoft will be sending out replacement consoles known as “exchange xbox 360s” instead of repairing your original console. I guess they’re trying to save time on both our sides.
